The Flame Haired Solstice Dreamer

Cold winter brings the Everfrost and jewels every tree
In a forest new as birth and old as old can be
A flame~haired dreamer wanders there and shelters from the wind
And spins her dreams around the trees to break the ties that bind
She takes her thread and spins anew and how the Greenwood smiles
As she spins a spell for freedom and for her spirit Wylde

The dreamer finds an ancient oak and shelters in his lee
In a forest new as birth and old as old can be
Tis summer now and birdsong weaves its magick through her spells
And humming bees drum drowsily in the foxglove's bells
The dreamer sits beneath the oak with yarn upon her knee
And spins and knits and weaves her dreams and sets her spirit free

~new look for fresh start~

hmmmmm so i took the plunge and refreshed my blog~a difficult thing on the ocd level but as soon as i saw this template and the color i knew it was the right thing...a new look blog to go with my up and coming new start.

***so how are things going?***
i would say we are 95% packed and ready to go and the reason i am blogging is that swampy is on his hands and knees scrubbing the kitchen floor after being up and painting the walls until 1am...yes i know painting...we dont want to give the landlord a reason not to return our deposit so thought it would be good if we splashed up some paint.

only two days until we go and sign the paperwork and on tuesday we take our first load of boxes to my mums, my sister has the day off work on friday so after we pick up the key she is going to ferry the boxes down the road to us.

i think its true when people say moving home is one of the most stressful events of life...i feel so jittery and stressed keep wondering what i might have forgot to do, have i sent out all the change of address letters, who has been left off?
less than a week to go and we can move things in and in 8 days we will be there, no more rushing to pack, no more worry of our landlord deciding to sell...

oooooh, the dreaded "moving out clean-up" . HORRIBLE!!!! If you are as messy as I was , at least!!
Breath deep, often, and take each task as it is. It will all fall into place. So exciting!

Hope it all goes well. Just remember all the stress will be worth it in the long run!

I've tagged you for a meme - details on my blog - but of course there's no pressure to do it as I'm sure you have plenty of other stuff to do right now.

All things share the same breath~the beast, the tree, the man, the air shares its spirit with all the life it supports.
