i wish i had more hours in the day

 

i have so many things i wish to do but the hours slip by me, maybe i need to make myself some kind of timetable like i had in school.

 

i have lots of idea for the wylde apothecary, all kinds of crochet WIP's, a hankering to get my knitting needles out, books to read, so many blogs to catch up on...of course everything depends on how my m.e and fibromyalgia is behaving.

 

my bruxus is happily under control~at bedtimes i now have to put in my oh so attractive night guard which fits over my bottom teeth. but it has made such a difference. for the last ten days i have woken with a small degree of ache in my jaw, and today i did wake up with what i call my 'bruxus migraine', but only a mild one.

  generally it has been great not waking every day with pain in my neck and jaw and a screaming headache.

my m.e and fibromyalgia continues as ever and now the cooler, wetter weather is here there is a noticeable increase in my pain. my pain management consultant has referred me to another clinic, one that is easier to get to so i am waiting for an appointment. in discussion with him he has allowed me to take my strong pain killers as needed. i explained that i did not want to spend my time drugged to the eyeballs and was not happy having it mask the pain because then i had no idea of when i have done too much.

as i sit the rain is pouring down and we have the back door open to hear it falling...

at that point it was all systems go to walk flynt and as usual because he knew he was going there was no time to finish my post...when a springer needs to go out they really have to go out NOW!
