there's more... we ran out of fuel on the way home~isn't that typical? so while swampy was busy walking back to the showground at malvern i pulled out the knitting bag and got busy! but not one person stopped to see if i was okay, thats quite sad that people are too busy to stop even for a few moments.
loulou (swmapys daughter) bought me a 'new' old enamel pie dish from a girl called jo,who sells old enamel plates,bowls,cups,tupperware,vintage fabric etc etc and who i always buy at least one piece of enamel for pippin from. when i spoke with jo, she told me i was described by loulou as 'that mad woman in the blue van'~i think thats a compliment?!!!
