merry meet )o(
i cant believe its been a few days since my last post, but in that time i have completed my preparatory work for my course and finished and sent my first unmarked tma to my tutor. i have also spoken with a really nice girl at the registrations center and she agreed that i would get more out on being transferred to the online course, then i can attend tutorials via an msn type situation. tomorrow i will start my studies properly and a week early! i plan on keeping one step ahead with my reading then i can allow for days when i am not feeling my best.
i was hoping to go and see The Dolmen in dorchester tonight (swampy likes the flute player so its an incentive for him to go!) but i think he is now engrossed in motor sport and the gig is at the back of his mind...'sigh' oh well.
the past few days have been lovely and almost wintry in the early mornings and at night...this morning i was awake for the sunrise and the sky was a glorious pinky blue and i was watching the blackbirds hopping around under my mexican orange blossom...which is still flowering and i still keep finding tiny hearts ease flowering in the oddest places where they have self seeded. the wytch elm out the back is finally shedding its leaves and looking lovely, i must take another photo.
we drove up over Bulbarrow today and all the giant beech tress are finally changing color...give it a couple of chilly nights and they will start to look even more amazing than they already are.we stopped at the top to see if it was clear enough to see the Tor, but it was just that bit too hazy. however it was lovely looking down into the miles and miles of the blackmore vale and see the spirals of smoke coming from chimneys and bonfires...no wonder the air smells so good around here!
at the moment i just love going outside and sniffing the air and taking in the feeling of natures withdraw and feeling part of my soul doing the same.

The air does have a certain something about it just now...the feeling of change...of the season moving on.
Take care,

Hi Lee, glad the start of the course is going well.
Its turning into a stunning autumn isnt it? I cant stop looking at the countryside, the amazing light patterns in the skies, the mists swirling low across the fileds, the colours everywhere. We are so lucky to live in such a beaurtiful area, arent we?
