The Flame Haired Solstice Dreamer

Cold winter brings the Everfrost and jewels every tree
In a forest new as birth and old as old can be
A flame~haired dreamer wanders there and shelters from the wind
And spins her dreams around the trees to break the ties that bind
She takes her thread and spins anew and how the Greenwood smiles
As she spins a spell for freedom and for her spirit Wylde

The dreamer finds an ancient oak and shelters in his lee
In a forest new as birth and old as old can be
Tis summer now and birdsong weaves its magick through her spells
And humming bees drum drowsily in the foxglove's bells
The dreamer sits beneath the oak with yarn upon her knee
And spins and knits and weaves her dreams and sets her spirit free

~step into my bathroom cabinet~

our bathroom cabinet is actually the kitchen cabinet my mum and dad had when they were married in 1964~swampy and i rescued it from one of my mums sheds and restored it~now it houses a multitude of nice smelling items...

i have a few little tins of badger balm~by my bed, in my bag, even sitting in pippin~an item i dont go anywhere without!

i fell in love with burts bee's products some years ago in america~luckily easy to get here now... aloedent toothpaste is great~i always watch the tv ad's about toothpaste with a pinch of salt~i have alway used either aloedent or kingfisher brands from healfood stores and always have a clean bill of detal health twice a year!

toms of maine deoderant~i always choose calendula with hops, its gorgeous~smells lovely and does the job perfectly

very good stuff indeed......

smells gorgeous and not too harsh~just perfect

I've always wanted to try the Badger balms, will have to give them a go, ditto with the deoderant. I tried Jason deoderant from a health shop before, but wasn't impressed. Have you tried Faith in Nature shampoos and shower gels they're fab and smell gorgeous, I like Aloe and Ylang Ylang. Hope your feelng better soon and get a good nights sleep tonight. BB PD. XX

All things share the same breath~the beast, the tree, the man, the air shares its spirit with all the life it supports.
