The Flame Haired Solstice Dreamer

Cold winter brings the Everfrost and jewels every tree
In a forest new as birth and old as old can be
A flame~haired dreamer wanders there and shelters from the wind
And spins her dreams around the trees to break the ties that bind
She takes her thread and spins anew and how the Greenwood smiles
As she spins a spell for freedom and for her spirit Wylde

The dreamer finds an ancient oak and shelters in his lee
In a forest new as birth and old as old can be
Tis summer now and birdsong weaves its magick through her spells
And humming bees drum drowsily in the foxglove's bells
The dreamer sits beneath the oak with yarn upon her knee
And spins and knits and weaves her dreams and sets her spirit free

Hopi Prophecy

~ouch ouch ouch~

i will be keeping this short~i have been meaning to blog again since my last post but seem to be having some kind of fibromyalgia flare up, but in a way i never have before.

for the past two days i have had severe pain in my shoulder blades and collar bones and spreading down my arm, worse on my left hand side-pain that feels like someone is pushing large...very large needles right through me.

every movement is painful, even holding a book and i am gritting my teeth as i type...also wishing i had asked swampy to make me a hot water bottle before he jumped in the bath-doh

so i have not vanished from blogging just a tad incapaciated...oh and to top it all it seems like my moon time has returned after seven months *sigh*

'see' you all again soon!

I can honestly say...I know how you are feeling...and I feel badly for you. I read blogs, but gave up writing mine a year ago as I just ...couldn't....you understand...brain fog, joints aching..etc. I'm happy to say that I've been feeling better lately and will begin to write again. I am sending you best wishes and positive vibes that you too will begin to feel better as the days lengthen......we still have 2 feet of snow in Canada!!!!

All things share the same breath~the beast, the tree, the man, the air shares its spirit with all the life it supports.
