i really must timetable my day so i can blog daily...i see another length of time has passed since my last post.
i have been visiting you all here on my blog roll but neglected my own...you know how it goes...someone posts a link so you pop over to see it, then drift off elsewhere and time escapes!
so what have i been doing?
crochet, crochet and more crochet...although i had to have two days with no crafting when my hands became way too painful to even hold a hook.
i have been reading 'shadow of night' by deborah harkness
a little gardening when finally the clouds cleared and the sun shone for three whole days...
it was just glorious...
other bloggers have been enjoying the sun too...jaine over at beeswax and broomsticks was out enjoying the sun.

while drinking my tea i sat on my bench on the little wooden patio that swampy built at the top of the garden. our house and garden sits on the hill that leads down into the village so our garden slopes down towards the back of our house.
sitting on this new patio raises me up to almost eye level with my 'nook'...
(for new readers, my nook is a wooden pergola on the back of our house that swampy built that is growing over with rambling rose and jasmine)...as so i have a whole new perspective from here...and even more exciting a much wider view of the sky...
i was interested in a post by milla over at the girl who married a bear, discussing fasting and food.
i have recently been through a patch where my m.e and fibro play up and i comfort eat a lot...and not even good things. i forget about my juicer and ignore the good food for rubbish and stop my daily yoga practise.
boy am i feeling it now...i am feeling sluggish and lardy.
so it is time to get back into my old routine and stick with it!
