well my plan of blogging daily has already fell by the wayside, not by many days...two?...but all the same you would think i could manage it!
anyway...here i am...
the weather continues to stun us all...by us all i mean pretty much the whole country.
the three main roads that connect us to other villages are mostly standing water, passable right now but i think any more heavy downpours and the roads will be blocked.
i went over the forest with swampy and flynt this morning~after taking Leveret to the vets to be spayed ...
she came home very sleepy and with the cutest sheep bandage on her little leg. right now she is curled up beside me asleep
and myself to the hospital in lymington to have my annual diabetes fasting blood test and to see all the trees that are damaged, fallen and are being undermined by water logged earth

it was very windy so we did not venture into the woods, we both agree its a bit too dangerous with the wind blowing the way it was and possible damaged branches waiting to fall.

i continue to work with my shamans oracle~in fact i adore it so much i have started to take the book with me when i go out and think i may have spare moments to look through it.
each evening i take the deck to bed with me (along with a mug of 'snore and peace') and go through the cards of an individual tribe and before sleep quickly go over which tribe is linked with which cave.
this is the only oracle deck i have that i have become so involved with and i can only see this as a good thing~a very good thing.
