The Flame Haired Solstice Dreamer

Cold winter brings the Everfrost and jewels every tree
In a forest new as birth and old as old can be
A flame~haired dreamer wanders there and shelters from the wind
And spins her dreams around the trees to break the ties that bind
She takes her thread and spins anew and how the Greenwood smiles
As she spins a spell for freedom and for her spirit Wylde

The dreamer finds an ancient oak and shelters in his lee
In a forest new as birth and old as old can be
Tis summer now and birdsong weaves its magick through her spells
And humming bees drum drowsily in the foxglove's bells
The dreamer sits beneath the oak with yarn upon her knee
And spins and knits and weaves her dreams and sets her spirit free

Hopi Prophecy

~of porridge and classic fm~

well i am really on the ball today~almost overnight i have decided a new set of priorities to set my day by and i have decided the first thing i do each day, after my general tidy up, openeing of windows etc, is to blog while i eat my breakfast,
then devote the day to my studies.
so here i sit in my almost decorated library/study/second bedroom with my lap top on the table in front of me and a bowl of poridge to the side and my wind up radio playing classic fm~and i have a very hopeful cody gazing up at me hoping some porridge comes his way.
i have the table here placed in front of the window, it was originally along a side wall but it just didnt feel right now being able to see out of the window.
*so how is the view?*
well its not too bad, i can mostly see pippin parked out front, which is quite jolly and through his widows the roof of the little house opposite, a bit of wooden fence, tree's of assorted sizes and shades of green and poking through them the odd roof...oh and lots of sky. because we live in a little road of bungalows we are not overlooked by anyone and it feels quite solitary~made more so because we are not near a main road so hear no passing cars.
well i have reached the bottom of my bowl so time to get the books out...have a lovely day my friends :)

Thats Perfect! Blog and Breakfast! I can't think of a better combination! I usually blog in the mornings or when I'm laying in bed myself. Its that relaxation time that I enjoy :)

Sounds like the view is awesome! Tucked away in a little quiet street, you must love it out there! :)

Have an awesome day! :)

I just finished my bowl of porridge for breakfast - I had stewed prunes with it.
I sit and eat my breakfast, looking out at my garden, then after I have finished I choose a card for my day... isn't life delicious sometimes?

All things share the same breath~the beast, the tree, the man, the air shares its spirit with all the life it supports.
